The Chase Homeowner's Association is a non stock, not-for-profit corporation.
The Purposes for which the corporation is formed are:
To preserve, maintain, and manage the common areas owned by the Corporation and to safeguard the conditions necessary
for maintaining the physical appearance and image of the subdivision:
To promote the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of its members, the residents of the community known as The Chase
in Howard County, Maryland.
